Bakawan

At dahil feeling photographer ako, sumali ako.

“Mangroves are salt-tolerant trees commonly found in estuaries where the freshwater from river flows to meet the sea. They are part of a very important ecosystem that links the terrestrial and marine environments. Fallen mangrove leaves and branches form detritus that releases nutrients to the water, supplying food source to many marine organisms. Mangrove ecosystem is a home to a wide variety of fauna such as crabs, shrimps, molluscs, reptiles and birds and its complex root systems serves as nurseries to juvenile reef fishes. Mangroves also has the ability to trap sediments thereby protecting coral reef systems and sea grass meadows, and stabilizing coastlines.”

HAHAHAHA!
